"When I founded Matchmaker Properties, my purpose was not just build a successful real estate company — I wanted to create a space where people, especially women and mothers like myself, could thrive.

Being a mother I completely understand the challenges of balancing ambition with family life. That’s why I have built Matchmaker Properties to support flexible, empowering career paths — from job-sharing and part-time roles to mentorship and return-to-work programs. Our goal is to open doors for women re-entering the labour market, while welcoming both men and women who believe in equity, collaboration, and excellence.
